How to Lose The Fat and Still Gain Muscle Simultaneously?



There are hundreds of new products, pills and routines out there that will claim to be the fastest way to build muscle to burn fat. Some of these products do work. Some of them will make you feel guilty for buying them in the first place. The rest are just a pile of junk and you know it.

The “SOME” that work only work to the extent of giving you quick results for a short period of time. Did you know that your body can adapt to any routine within 4 to 5 weeks? Why wait that long and get disappointed?

It is simple logic that muscle burns fat. Have you seen muscular people getting fat easily? If you build more muscle, your body will use the fat as energy and everything else to help sustain the muscle and increase muscle growth. So why focus on cardio and aerobics when you can focus on building muscle that will automatically help burn the fat?

1. Got for total body exercises that target major muscle groups like Chinups, Squats and Deadlifts. These exercises work the major muscle groups to their greatest potential, and also utilize the smaller muscle fibers in the process. This is a great way to burn fat while building muscle.

2. If you want real muscle growth, you need to work hard in every workout. Go to your max. Compete against yourself in your previous workout. If you did 8 reps Bench Press with 150 lbs last week, go for 9 or 10 reps with the same weight in your next workout. Or increase your weight and train to failure. Keep progressing in every workout.

3. Eat to build lean muscle not fatty jiggle. Focus on feeding your body with low GI carbs, fruits and green fibrous vegetables to build the lean, ripped body you need. Stay away from junk food.

4. Don’t overtrain yourself. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep everyday. The growth hormone levels are high when you are asleep helping your body to recover faster and build more muscle. The more tired and stressed out you remain, the less growth your body will face.

5. Stick to bodyweight exercises and free weights. They are 1000 times better than machines. As long as you aren’t doing ab exercises like the Kneeling Cable Crunch, you should always stick with bodyweight exercises and free weights to get optimal results.

The 5 simple tweaks or one would say changes to your current efforts can bring great results to your progress in the future. You will lose a lot of fat and get more ripped and defined if you follow the steps accordingly to achieve your dream body in no time!
